Scientists have long wondered why we sleep and why we dream. A new study provides evidence for some long held notions that sleep and dreams boost learning and help us to make sense of the real world. Even naps can help, the researchers found. Dreams can rock us, scare us, and in some cases, inspire us. Some people used to believe that dreams simply reflected the random firing of nerve signals while we sleep. "The thinking was that the dreams were meaningless and didn't serve any function at all," says Harvard. I found this in a book in was reading. "Dreams can provide inspiration or help you get unstuck from problems because your mind is working on things in this different way," Finding the meaning in your dreams is like growing a garden, the pros say: The more you do it, the greater the insights it yields. "If you're regularly tending your dreams, once in a while you'll have a breakthrough that grabs you by the throat,". Thers a son that talks and express dreams with felings.
So making the dream assigment it was so succesfull, because i really dream a lot. But most of the times i don't remember what i dream about. Do making this and expressing it in my journal helped me alot, because throught writting what remember helped with the other parts i for got off. My journal has been really great, because it helped you realized a lot of things that you my not remember or things that you though you never think off. So making this helped me realized that you never for anything, that you just need to start from where you started your dream and trying to complete the puzzle. When you start making you will realized that you remembered everything as you dream it.
